You must be easy to find, know and reach.
If people can’t find you or are hard to reach, you lose half the battle already.
You have to make it easier for people to find you online/offline.
Make it easier for people to reach out to you.
The harder it is for someone looking to find and connect with you, the more frustrating it is for them.
And fewer are the chances for them to reach out and work with you.
I recently spoke to a small business owner who was very clear with me.
If we don’t get back to a prospect within an hour, they reach out to someone else for the same service.
